About This Role
- Lead and mentor the frontend development team, overseeing their growth and performance.
- Own and evolve the design system ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
- Define technical direction, make architectural decisions, and promote high-quality code delivery through collaboration and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of frontend development experience.
- At least 2 years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.
- Expert-level skills in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Location Requirement: Full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in state management frameworks and frontend performance optimization including Core Web Vitals and server-side rendering.
- Familiar with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS) and building responsive, accessible web applications.
- Has a collaborative leadership style with a proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving cross-team collaboration.
