About This Role
- Lead design, development, and operational management of secure, resilient network instrumentation platforms enhancing observability via packet broker and analytics technologies.
- Drive automation, certification, lifecycle management, and production support of enterprise-scale network packet and flow monitoring devices aligned to change and compliance standards.
- Lead incident and problem management; engage stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable network instrumentation solutions; mentor engineers on best practices and SCRUM delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied experience in infrastructure engineering with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and security networking; maintain CCNP–CCIE level certifications or equivalent.
- Proficient with infrastructure components such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, compute, storage, containers, and cloud services.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in infrastructure engineering focused on networking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large enterprise network topologies across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security using platforms like Cisco, Juniper, and Check Point with relevant certifications.
- Skilled in packet and NetFlow analysis and operating platforms like Arista DMF and Riverbed AppResponse for performance monitoring.
- Able to communicate complex technical findings effectively to diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional SCRUM teams to deliver iterative network infrastructure improvements.
