About This Role
- Own the design of complex, multi-modal learning projects from initial architecture through to vendor coordination and final deployment.
- Lead and manage one of two India-based design pods, including team management and quality oversight.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee end-to-end project management, resolving risks and ensuring design intent is maintained.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in learning solutions architecture, instructional design, or learning program management.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Instructional Design or related field preferred.
- Must be available for full-time onsite work in Noida, India.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and people-managing a multi-disciplinary team with performance management.

- Experienced in leading complex, multi-modal learning solution design with thorough knowledge of various learning modalities and delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to successfully deliver projects end-to-end.
- Senior-level individual contributor and manager comfortable handling both technical solution authority and team leadership responsibilities in an onsite setting.
