About This Role
- Own and manage the P&L for the Merchant Acquiring Business (MAB).
- Build and grow the MAB business by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Prepare dashboards to report key business metrics and liaise with Branch and sales teams to grow Current Account (CA) volumes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of work experience.
- Graduate degree required; Post Graduate degree also acceptable.
- Experience in product management for Merchant Acquiring Business.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational risk parameters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing P&L and business growth strategies in banking or payments domain.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including branches and sales for business expansion.
- Skilled in creating and analyzing business metric dashboards to drive decisions.
