Strong instructional design/learning experience plus background in complex technical or operational environments such as aerospace, satellite, engineering, defense, manufacturing, or robotics.
Experienced collaborating across technical and non-technical teams with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and leveraging AI tools for content drafting and quality enhancement.
