About This Role
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for engineering platform modernization and adjacent teams.
- Own and refine agile backlogs across multiple squads ensuring clear acceptance criteria and sequencing aligned with enterprise modernization strategy.
- Collaborate across engineering and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements such as reliability, defect reduction, and modernization throughput.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of product ownership or product management experience supporting engineering-heavy teams.
- Experience with modernization, cloud migration, or distributed-systems engineering roadmaps and delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira Align, Jira Cloud, or Confluence and AI-assisted backlog creation tools like Rovo and Figma AI.
- Work Experience Required: 9+ years in product ownership/product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-team agile deliveries in technical domains such as migrations, decommissioning, CI/CD, APIs, and observability.
- Able to translate highly technical concepts into actionable product requirements and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI and generative AI tools to accelerate backlog refinement, requirements, and stakeholder communications inside a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.
