About This Role
- Manage and oversee creative projects and design resource utilization across multiple regions using a project management tool.
- Own project timelines, deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, and ensure all projects are appropriately resourced and delivered on time with quality oversight.
- Support creative brief development, intake validation, workflow assignment, and problem-solve to enhance project flow across the Global Creative Team.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in project management for creative deliverables.
- Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (full time) degree.
- Experience working within a project management tool is critical.
- Location: Bangalore, Whitefield (In-office work style).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple creative projects and balancing shifting priorities with strong stakeholder communication.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud and creative production processes.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with global teams and maintaining quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
