Senior enough to engage effectively with OE leadership and Head of IT while having sufficient technical understanding to manage scope and delivery.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, business framing, and preparing decision materials for executive audiences.
Experience in translating business problems into delivered software, preferably in insurance or regulated environments.
