About This Role
- Lead and execute complex technology projects and programs in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project planning, tracking (delivery plans, milestones, RAID), and execution using Agile (SAFe) methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and project governance while ensuring validation and compliance with data security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in technical program/project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in SAFe/Agile delivery including PI planning, sprint execution, and ceremonies facilitation.
- Proficient with Jira for backlog management, sprint setup, dashboards, and reporting; and Confluence for documentation and delivery governance.
- Working knowledge and experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end project lifecycle with ability to influence decision-makers and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Technically fluent with familiarity in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies relevant to banking technology projects.
