About This Role
- Lead coordination and execution of Digital M&A activities focused on acquisitions, divestitures, and integration within R&D, software engineering, and digital platforms (~80% of time).
- Manage onboarding and integration of newly acquired engineering teams and tools, including maintaining execution plans, risk logs, and governance documentation.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives (~20% of time) related to source code governance and risk management, including project tracking and escalation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, and/or Cybersecurity with a proven record of execution.
- Experience with M&A integration, acquisitions, or divestitures, preferably involving R&D, Engineering, or Technology organizations.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and secure development practices is required.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in cross-functional, global teams including senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and influence stakeholders without direct authority, indicating strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Background combining Digital M&A execution experience with exposure to R&D, engineering environments, and cybersecurity governance.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on execution and operational delivery.
