About This Role
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, leave management, payroll inputs, employee queries, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-making and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and ensure process governance in collaboration with cross-functional HR teams and external partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations and analytics.
- Preferable hands-on experience with Workday or similar tier 1 global HCM system.
- Preferable knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Role location: Hyderabad.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end HR operational workflows with strong process orientation and attention to detail.
- Analytically skilled with proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting, capable of generating meaningful workforce metrics.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills working effectively across HR functions and with external vendors to ensure operational excellence.
