About This Role
- Own the recruitment process to source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers across schools.
- Execute outbound recruiting campaigns including calls, emails, texts to promote the Campus Manager role and drive volume hiring.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Team Manager and team to meet quarterly recruiting goals and prepare weekly recruiting metrics reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with neutral accent and fluency in English.
- Location: Work From Home anywhere in India; Must be available Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
