About This Role
- Own the full production lifecycle of immersive audio tours from research and script development to audio production, quality assurance, and launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with writers, business teams, partners, audio production, and venue stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery.
- Manage multiple tours in parallel, improve production processes, analyze guest feedback, and curate narrative content to ensure engaging visitor experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience with demonstrated narrative or scriptwriting output (audio, video, or long-form storytelling) plus project coordination including vendor management and timeline tracking.
- Must provide a writing sample focused on narrative or scripted storytelling, preferably audio-first.
- Strong research skills ensuring factual accuracy and sourcing; familiarity with AI tools to optimize processes required.
- Location: Role based in Bengaluru; candidates must be local or open to relocating.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in structured creative storytelling who can balance scriptwriting and production management responsibilities.
- Comfortable working within established creative frameworks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background or interest in travel content, immersive storytelling, or place-based narratives is a plus, alongside familiarity with voice AI production tools.
