About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS (React 19), Next.js, TypeScript, Material UI, and Python back end services with REST API integration.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, including CI/CD pipeline support, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership including code quality ownership, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally in a regulated financial-services environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full stack application development with enterprise-grade web applications.
- Strong experience with ReactJS (preferably React 19), Next.js, TypeScript, Python development, and AWS cloud services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Work Experience Required: 6 - 9 years. Location: Bangalore or Chennai (Hybrid, 1-10 PM shift).

- Experienced in both front end modern frameworks (React, Next.js) and Python back end development with a focus on scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrates technical leadership through mentoring, code quality management, and participation in architecture and technical decision-making.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams within highly regulated financial services, supporting distributed stakeholders and collaborating closely with product, UX, and infrastructure teams.
