Design, develop, and support Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, and Pega within the Intelligent Process Automation CoE.
Serve as Automation Anywhere SME and lead technical design, platform configuration, security, and governance for RPA solutions.
Collaborate with IPA teams and business stakeholders to manage technical delivery, scrum activities, and production support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technology field.
At least 5 years of experience in implementing Enterprise IT projects.
Minimum 4 years experience specifically with Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, and control room setup.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, AI Builder, Dataverse), Python programming, SQL/DBMS, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end RPA solution design and governance in large enterprise settings.
Strong collaboration skills to work across engineering, architecture, and business teams in a matrixed environment.
Technically versatile with knowledge of multiple automation technologies and emerging trends like cognitive automation and machine learning.
