Manage UAT testing, error tracking, bug fixes, and change management for MIS applications and data extraction tools ensuring compliance with turnaround times (TAT).
8 to 11 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and programming knowledge.
Educational qualification: BE / BTech / BSc (Any stream) / BCA / MCA.
Experience with banking domain preferred but not mandatory.
Strong technical and analytical skills with experience handling complex queries and large banking datasets across Asset, Liability, and Card businesses.
Experience coordinating with multiple internal business and audit teams for MIS requirements and data deliverables.
Ability to manage end-to-end MIS lifecycle including report scheduling, UAT testing, and change management in regulated banking environments.
