About This Role
- Own and improve Nek’s internal Order Management and CRM platforms supporting operations and customer support teams.
- Manage integrations with third-party logistics and operational partners like Unicommerce, Shiprocket, and Delhivery, including issue resolution and new onboarding.
- Analyze product and operational data to identify issues, run A/B tests, and drive feature improvements across the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from reputed institute.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Growth, Product Analytics, or similar role in a data-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, or SQL.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, D2C, or order/logistics-heavy products preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex internal tools and third-party integrations within e-commerce or logistics-heavy products.
- Data-driven approach to product management, skilled in experimentation and funnel analysis using advanced analytics tools.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-paced, scalable product environments.
