About This Role
- Own end-to-end product design from understanding user problems through to final UI and prototype delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define features, build complex workflows, and ensure design consistency.
- Challenge assumptions and product decisions to improve user experience using feedback and data.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Design / UI/UX experience in a product company.
- Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing and shipping web and mobile products (not limited to marketing or visual creatives).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years

- Strong product thinking with the ability to understand user problems and business goals before designing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex workflows addressing edge cases and interaction states.
- Experienced in working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
