About This Role
- Design, build, and architect automation frameworks and tools to optimize Google business processes.
- Identify and lead automation initiatives that deliver maximum business value and operational efficiency.
- Oversee development tasks and review solutions to ensure scalability and quality across geographies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of technology experience including frontend, dashboards, scripting, databases, and end-to-end solution development.
- 3+ years of experience building business automation products/tools with RPA, AI/ML, GCP or similar technologies.
- 4+ years programming experience in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and leading automation solutions using Google technology stack.
- Skilled in integrating databases, REST APIs, cloud, and DevOps practices for scalable automation.
- Familiar with business process automation frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma and capable of prioritizing/organizing automation projects effectively.
