About This Role
- Secure the usage of AI tools and autonomous agents across the enterprise to protect sensitive data, IP, and workflows.
- Own and continuously improve AI-focused security platforms including AI gateways, monitoring, and tooling to defend against evolving AI threats.
- Lead AI-driven cybersecurity defense automation, including detection, incident response, and attack simulation to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, application security, or equivalent technical security roles.
- Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, AI tool integrations, and associated security risks (e.g., prompt injection, data poisoning).
- Must be local to Bangalore; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in security engineering with strong expertise in AI systems security, including testing and securing LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Skilled in automation-first security tooling development, including scripting (e.g., Python) and AI-driven security automation integration in SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Comfortable working in a small, evolving team with cross-functional collaborators and capable of navigating ambiguity in a rapidly changing AI security landscape.
