About This Role
- Owns financial analysis and reporting for sales finance activities including month/quarter end close and flash discussions with business leaders.
- Drives planning activities such as budgeting, long-term planning, and internal reviews, liaising with global business and FP&A stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with GAAP and internal policies while engaging cross-functional stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or economics required; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a financial analyst, typically across multiple finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Work location: Onsite work from an HPE office mandatory.
