About This Role
- Lead FP&A activities including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the FP&A COE and Above Site sub tower within GPS in Hyderabad.
- Own development of financial models, dashboards, and regular reporting to support strategic and operational decisions, providing actionable financial guidance to business leaders.
- Drive risk management, change management, and transformation initiatives while managing cross-functional teams and global partnerships to improve finance function performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of experience preferred in financial planning & analysis within pharma or related manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, industry dynamics, and financial forecasting.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
- Work Location: Hyderabad Hub, India (implied onsite or hub-based work)
