Strong knowledge of regulatory standards including RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI guidelines, Fair Practices Code, and IRAC/NPA norms.
Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to translate business needs into functional requirements effectively.
Comfortable working with core banking systems such as Finacle or Flexcube and familiar with LOS/LMS and payment gateway integrations.
Capable of applying process optimization methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
