Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI guidelines, Fair Practices Code, IRAC/NPA norms, and card dispute/chargeback rules.
Experience in process documentation (BRD/FRD), BPMN mapping, SOPs, and leading UAT; mandatory skills include Core Banking and Business Analysis.
Experienced in retail banking operations with a focus on process optimization and regulatory compliance.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including business, IT, and risk/compliance teams in a consulting environment.
Skilled in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and leading end-to-end process improvements including testing and training.
