Experienced in large enterprise environments with SAP, middleware, and external system integrations.
Strong in business analysis, incident and problem management with exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills including debugging and continuous improvement mindset.
