Experienced in operating and supporting SAP in large enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems.
Ability to gather business requirements, design SAP configurations, write technical specifications, and manage support tickets possibly using ServiceNow or JIRA.
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions under shifting priorities.
