About This Role
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in Hydro, Pumped Storage, Dam, Tunnel, Underground Works, and related infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, government authorities, and industry stakeholders; independently handle client interactions and negotiations.
- Coordinate bid preparation with multiple departments and drive bid qualification, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to secure business wins.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant Business Development experience in Hydro, PSP, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTech Hons) degree mandatory.
- Experience working with key clients such as Hydro Power Developers, PSUs, and Central/State Government involved in Hydro and PSP development.
- Posting location: Chennai Head Quarters.

- Proven ability to independently manage client accounts and represent organization in technical discussions and negotiations.
- Experience with market intelligence, opportunity tracking, and developing account strategies for sustained engagement.
