About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies aligned to client business objectives.
- Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants, ensuring delivery of change initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, change measurement frameworks, and resistance mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in change management, consulting, or related roles leading complex change initiatives.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful change management strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) and additional qualifications in agile, design thinking, or digital transformation desirable but not mandatory.

- Experienced in strategic change leadership with ability to navigate complex organizational transformations and influence senior stakeholders.
