About This Role
- Act as primary business functionality contact for offshore development and test teams on large-scale Public Safety applications.
- Analyze customer requirements and create high-quality functional specifications or user stories for development and testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and onshore teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and support full development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years total work experience as Business Analyst.
- Strong communication skills with onshore and offshore technical and business teams.
- Experience in writing functional specifications or user stories for both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Work Location: Worli, Hybrid model with 12 days from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Public Safety domain or related industries is preferable.
- Proficient in Agile Scrum including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Able to analyze complex business functionalities and their interdependencies for change requests and testing coverage.
