About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP Implementation & Transformation projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage project scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and multi-vendor, multi-country teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive adoption of SAP methodologies, oversee risk and escalation management, and prepare project status updates and steering meeting reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years total professional experience with at least 3 years in project management.
- Proven experience leading minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations on S/4 HANA and ECC.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM); excludes ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent; ability to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SAP projects within MNC or international client environments with multi-geography complexity.
- Skilled in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prince2, and Activate Methodology.
- Capable of leading, coaching, and motivating diverse project teams while handling escalations and stakeholder communications professionally.
