Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE including Customer Service module, Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven/Canvas Apps), Dataverse, and Azure services integration.
Strong software development background with expertise in .NET Framework, C#, WCF/Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
Experienced in technical leadership including mentoring junior team members and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative global environment.
