About This Role
- Lead SAP HCM Payroll solution architecture and delivery for large transformation projects including multi-country implementations.
- Manage and mentor a team of 20+ resources while overseeing a sizeable portfolio of India and overseas businesses.
- Drive practice management including pre-sales, solution capability, delivery, and team management with travel as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Must have worked as Solution Architect on large transformation projects with multi-location implementation experience.
- Mandatory skills: SAP HCM Payroll and India payroll domain knowledge.
- Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA.

- Strong leadership capability demonstrated by managing large teams and portfolios.
