About This Role
- Lead and manage SAP HCM/Payroll solution architecture for large-scale transformation projects including multi-country implementations.
- Oversee and manage a team of 20+ resources delivering SAP HCM/Payroll consulting services across India and overseas portfolios.
- Drive practice management activities including pre-sales solution capability, delivery, and team management in SAP HCM/Payroll domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in SAP HCM/Payroll consulting or relevant domain.
- Mandatory technical skills: SAP HCM and Payroll expertise, with experience as a Solution Architect for large transformation projects.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, MCA, M.Tech, CA, or ICWA.
- Willingness to travel as required; managing sizable India and overseas business portfolios.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in on-premises HR and India Payroll systems with a background in SAP HCM/Payroll implementations.
- Demonstrated capability in managing large teams (20+ members) and handling multi-location, multi-country SAP deployments.
- Experience in practice management including pre-sales, solution design, delivery, and change management in an SAP consulting environment.
