Strong experience in on-premises HR and India Payroll systems with a background in SAP HCM/Payroll implementations.
Demonstrated capability in managing large teams (20+ members) and handling multi-location, multi-country SAP deployments.
Experience in practice management including pre-sales, solution design, delivery, and change management in an SAP consulting environment.
