Experienced in handling complex business operations processes with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and operational ownership.
Comfortable interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for issue resolution.
Proactive in identifying process improvements and contributing to operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
