About This Role
- Provide critical day-to-day IT operations support including network setup (LAN/WAN/VPC/VPN), desktop hardware/software configuration, access control, and security training.
- Integrate and manage SaaS platforms within Microsoft Entra, automate security alerting and monitoring, and enforce SOC 2 compliance security policies.
- Lead site deployments and maintenance of networking and security systems using Cisco Meraki, FortiGate, Avigilon, and manage employee lifecycle and IT hardware inventory.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Operations and/or DevSecOps with solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance.
- Associate Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Trade School.
- 3+ years experience configuring and administering medium/large-scale Microsoft Entra environments including RBAC.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and other SaaS tools for 1000+ employee companies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex IT operations in medium to large scale enterprises with strong knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2 and familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST 800.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra administration, SaaS integration, network equipment (Cisco Meraki, FortiGate), and security systems deployment.
- Able to design and execute strategic IT initiatives including multi-site deployments, systems integration, and security incident detection and response.
