About This Role
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including input handling, employee data management, payroll calculations, and report generation for US payroll.
- Serve as point of contact for payroll-related queries from customers via calls or email, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Support payroll production aligned with business requirements, review payroll outputs, and ensure compliance with payroll cycles and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience preferably in Payroll domain with US payroll exposure.
- Educational qualification: Accounting Degree/Commerce Graduate/MBA (Finance)/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter).
- Working knowledge of R12/SAP is preferable, along with strong Excel skills and good accounting knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required.

- Experienced in payroll processing and reporting with detailed understanding of payroll cycles and compliance.
- Ability to manage operational tasks effectively during night shift hours (US shifts).
- Proficient in handling client/customer queries, demonstrating clear communication and service orientation in a US payroll context.
