Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass (higher education is advantageous).
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar (Freshers encouraged).
Physically fit to handle standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement during shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
Operates effectively in high-volume, fast-paced logistics and operational environments.
Demonstrates operational discipline, attention to detail, and safety consciousness critical for frontline shipment handling roles.
Able to collaborate with teams and support shift in-charge to meet daily operational targets and quality standards.
