About This Role
- Support day-to-day operational activities in Service Centres, Hubs, PUDs, and Warehouses including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and service commitments to maintain shipment accuracy, operational productivity, and service quality.
- Assist Shift In-charges in achieving daily operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass (higher education is advantageous).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar (Freshers encouraged).
- Physically fit to handle standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement during shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.

- Operates effectively in high-volume, fast-paced logistics and operational environments.
- Demonstrates operational discipline, attention to detail, and safety consciousness critical for frontline shipment handling roles.
