About This Role
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management across indirect procurement categories including Consultancy, HR, Property, Technology, and business services.
- Own supplier performance management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
- Maximise Oracle Fusion system adoption to support sourcing activities, compliance, and report procurement KPIs aligning with global business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven procurement experience, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
- Experience with sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with Oracle P2P and sourcing solutions.
- Procurement related qualification preferred or in progress.

- Experienced in managing indirect procurement categories with a strategic and analytical approach to sourcing and supplier management.
- Capable of working independently and across global teams, providing trusted advisory to diverse stakeholders.
