About This Role
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, quality, and risk mitigation for assigned categories.
- Manage supplier relationships including evaluation, performance reviews, and negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams to align sourcing with business needs and support new product development and cost reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B Tech) or MBA.
- Experience with material handling involving tools & moulds, extruder machines, and injection moulding machines is mandatory.
- Proficiency in procurement software/tools such as ERP systems and e-sourcing platforms.

- Experienced in strategic sourcing and supplier management within manufacturing or industrial environments involving injection moulding and extruder machines.
- Comfortable leading negotiations and contract management with suppliers to optimize cost and compliance.
- Capable of managing multiple projects prioritizing cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
