About This Role
- Manage end-to-end vendor operations including onboarding, governance, compliance monitoring, performance reporting, and issue resolution.
- Act as liaison among business teams, suppliers, procurement, finance, and support to ensure operational excellence and vendor governance.
- Support process improvements through automation, analytics, and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 5-6 years in vendor operations or related domain.
- Qualification: Any UG/PG degree in Business Administration.
- Location: Bangalore (Work From Office).
- Work Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing vendor lifecycle, governance, compliance, and performance in complex organizational settings.
- Skilled in advanced data analysis and reporting tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Power Platform for operational improvements.
- Capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders such as procurement, finance, legal, and compliance to drive vendor management excellence and automation projects.
