About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of event production including technical setup, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute event production plans covering stage design, lighting, audio-visuals, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments for production activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in event production or technical management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, technical production, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Proven expertise in managing staging, lighting, sound, and audiovisual equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating multiple vendors and technical crews across simultaneous events.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams and troubleshoot live event technical issues.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring multitasking under pressure.
