About This Role
- Lead and manage delivery and operation of Grab's finance technology landscape, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery from demand shaping through production adoption, ensuring operational stability, quality, controls, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and onsite in Bangalore, managing vendor relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in finance systems, ERP, or financial technology delivery with solution ownership and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement).
- Proven experience managing full delivery lifecycle including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing, release, and production support.
- Role is onsite in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced practitioner capable of bridging business processes and technical solution design across finance systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing internal/external teams, vendor coordination, and governance of financial system controls including SOX compliance.
- Comfortable working in a multi-country environment and engaging with emerging technologies like AI to improve finance technology productivity.
