About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation for Workday-based solutions, including Payroll integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient Workday integration solutions leveraging tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in integration design and development with a focus on Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, and API development.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and handling integration lifecycle activities like testing and documentation.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years in Workday integration development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Workday integration developer with technical leadership capability in a multi-member team environment.
- Comfortable working in hybrid model with evening IST shift (2-11 PM IST) supporting global Workday deployments.
- Familiarity with complex HRIS environments supporting multiple HCM modules and integration maintenance/enhancement.
