About This Role
- Build, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Create reusable System, Process, and Experience APIs following API-led connectivity principles, migrating legacy integrations to governed MuleSoft patterns.
- Ensure secure, scalable integration services with documentation, CI/CD support, monitoring, and incident root-cause analysis to improve interoperability between Darktrace’s strategic platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience with hands-on MuleSoft integration development or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
- Experience designing REST and SOAP APIs using RAML or OpenAPI, and knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth 2.0, JWT.
- Graduate qualification; work experience required as stated; no mention of notice period or location constraints beyond Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise integration using MuleSoft, especially in API-led connectivity and reusable asset development.
- Familiar with integration involving Salesforce Clouds (Service, Revenue, Sales), Microsoft Fabric, and other SaaS platforms.
- Skilled in secure API design, CI/CD processes, troubleshooting, and producing clear documentation and runbooks for operational support.
