About This Role
- Develop and maintain framework and network functions for 5G test and monitoring solutions based on 5G Service Based Architecture and RIC OpenRAN testing.
- Expand 5G network function capabilities, ensure product quality and performance using automated tests within Continuous Integration systems.
- Provide solutions to architectural bottlenecks, expose product features via customer-focused configuration and management interfaces, and improve diagnosability and integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in API/service design with advanced Python skills including concurrency, typing, and performance profiling.
- Strong knowledge of 5G telecom domain including core 5G network architecture and relevant protocols (HTTP/2-based SBI, PFCP, NAS/NGAP).
- Experience with core AI/ML skills including LLM fundamentals, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and MLOps practices.
- Working knowledge of network testing concepts such as traffic generation, device-under-test topologies, and KPIs like latency, throughput, and call/session success rates.

- Technical leader capable of setting direction without formal authority and mentoring team members.
- Experienced in end-to-end system design, monitoring, and cost/security awareness for production ML-enabled network testing solutions.
- Strong interdisciplinary skillset combining telecom 5G network domain expertise, advanced Python development, and applied AI/ML toolchain proficiency.
