About This Role
- Lead resolution of product issues by root cause analysis, code/procedure updates, and escalations management.
- Provide technical leadership and serve as SME for product implementation, coordinating across engineering, product, customer support, and field teams.
- Manage L4 engineering operations including workload prioritization, system migrations, product upgrades, KPI reporting, and process standardization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
- Minimum 10 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in programming using Java, C, C++ or C#.
- Experience with scripting (Python, SQL, Bash), automation tools, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, PACS, IHE, HL7).

- Experienced in leading install base software product support and technical teams.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to handle escalations and ambiguous problem definitions.
