About This Role
- Manage Oracle EBS Payroll functional area with a focus on configuration, Fast Formula development, and payroll process optimization.
- Lead or participate in at least 2 payroll implementations including India, UK, USA, or Middle East, ensuring effective payroll reconciliation and parallel run strategies.
- Handle integrations with other Oracle modules such as Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences, and manage payroll data loads using Batch loader/SHDL, including connectors like ADP and CDP.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll functional and related certification.
- Proven experience in at least 2 payroll implementations for HCM Global Payroll Module across India/UK/USA/Middle East regions.
- Bachelor’s/Post Graduation Diploma/Master’s Degree in any field.
- Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll and related fast formula configuration.
- Experienced in multi-region payroll implementations with knowledge of payroll reconciliation and parallel run methodologies.
- Capable of managing integration points between payroll and other HR modules including benefits and attendance systems.
