About This Role
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery including project execution, quality, timelines, and budget across global distributed teams.
- Lead solution design and architecture to translate complex business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Manage client engagement at senior levels, including customer workshops, strategic technology guidance, and pre-sales support for deal closures.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology consulting, delivery management, and engineering leadership roles.
- Mandatory engineering background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- Location priority: Hyderabad preferred, Bangalore secondary; must be flexible to work in different shifts.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior leader for roles like Associate General Manager, Engineering Director, or Head of Engineering with ownership of global delivery and solutioning.
- Strong technical depth combined with business acumen and proven people management of engineering managers and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable interacting directly with C-level clients and stakeholders in international markets (UK, USA) with focus on delivering business value.
