About This Role
- Lead legacy platform modernization and Agentic AI-driven process transformation for Financial Services clients to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures addressing governance, compliance, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Drive client engagement, solution architecture, delivery leadership, pre-sales support, and mentor teams in AI modernization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in AI engineering and legacy modernization with Financial Services domain expertise.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience with legacy platforms such as COBOL, CICS, JCL, z/OS and Agentic AI multi-agent orchestration techniques.
- Bachelor of Technology degree; MBA mentioned but not explicitly required; must be open to extended client travel (6 to 8 months) with monthly fly-backs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in core banking domain processes such as payments, reconciliations, trade finance, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
- Skilled in scalable cloud-native AI architecture design and comfortable engaging senior technology stakeholders and clients.
- Able to bridge technical solutioning with business transformation and growth through pre-sales and capability building.
