About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and management of large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects including scope, roadmap, budgets, risks, and milestones.
- Provide technical oversight on Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures, collaborating with architects and engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, and governance.
- Coordinate multiple distributed technical teams and act as the primary technical and delivery liaison with client stakeholders, delivering executive-level updates and driving Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and risk management processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Technical Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data projects.
- Strong technical understanding of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture; knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.

- Experienced in managing complex data and cloud transformation programs, specifically involving Databricks and Lakehouse solutions.
- Comfortable working with multiple distributed teams and coordinating across technical, product, and business stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Capable of providing technical leadership with strong communication skills for executive and client interactions, able to navigate high-impact, multi-workstream projects in Data Engineering and AdTech domains.
